What is Revecast Orchestrate?

Does it run inside Salesforce?
No. Orchestrate runs in the Revecast web app at app.revecast.io and connects to your Salesforce org through a small connector your admin adds once: two External Client Apps, no objects and no code. It also works with systems outside Salesforce, such as GitHub, Jira, Snowflake, MuleSoft and WordPress.
Which parts of Salesforce does it work with?

Is our data used to train AI?
No. Session data is never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, and data from one organization never influences sessions in another.
Does it replace our team?
No. It takes on the technical execution so your people can focus on decisions, priorities and the work that needs a human. Many customers run it with one to a few admins or consultants.
